Healthy lifestyles
The World Health Organization (WHO) defines health as “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being”, which means that this concept goes beyond the existence of one or another disease. From this perspective it can be determined that the habits necessary for a healthy life are:

The daily energy value of the diet should be 30-40 kilocalories per yarn weight. Carbohydrates should occupy 50-55%
nutrients, not more than 10% of simple sugars. Fats must be 30% of the total energy value, dividing follows: 15-20% of monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated 5% and not more than 7-8% saturated. Protein consumed should not exceed 10% of the diet. Finally, it should provide the body with 20-25 grams of vegetable fiber.
